Closing in on the end of the year.

Hey there, sports fans, Al here with the latest.

I just wanted to put this out there. It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything recently. But I felt like I needed to put something else out there just before the end of the year rolls around, not a year in review as I’ve done before, but just the end of the year.

I’ve had a few things come up in recent times and some losses in real life that have made me question some of the things that I have been doing, so I’m going to try to make sense of that here.

Over the last couple of months, I have been asked to do several different commissions as I have been asked to do a tattoo design for people I work with. I’ve also been asked to do a pet commission, which is not typical for me, but I made the best of it and thought it worked out rather well. It might lead to more pet commissions as time goes on, we’ll see, and then there was the commemorative image of a friend of mine who had been recently killed, from the way I have been told.

I will say that the pieces of work that I have done in recent times have probably been some of the best jobs I’ve ever done. Many deaths in this last part of the year have made it a little more complex, made me stop and commiserate with some of my other friends, and taken a long, long, hard look at my choices. Still, because of the emotional state that I happen to be, and makes it a little more challenging to see that, again, the artist is the harshest critic, so take a look at the pieces that I have and see if what I say is true I’ll be cutting out here in just a sec I am. I hope you have a good rest of your year, and I will see you next year.

Peace out.
